The Combopillow can be adjusted to 2″(5.0cm), 3.0″(7.5cm), 3.5″(9.0cm), 4.0″(10.0cm), 4.5″(11.5cm), 5.0″(12.7cm), 5.5″(14.0cm), 6.5″(16.5cm), 8 different heights.
It depends the size of your mattress. Normally Queen Size pillow will be used in Twin, Full and Queen mattress and King Size pillow will be used for king size mattress.
